Unearthed Arcana is a series of official D&D class archetypes, playable races, and rule variants, all published for free on the D&D website. Although it is freely distributed, Wizards of the Coast still holds the copyright and the supplements must be downloaded from their site. Here is a list of all available Unearthed Arcana since 2015.
