A 156-page new Dungeons & Dragons supplement has been released by Wizards of the Coast, including information about classic monster statblocks and high level villain statblocks. There are plenty of resources in Minsc and Boo’s Journal of Villainy for DMs to use as they build their D&D campaign. The book focuses on the "Heroic Journey," a basic formula that players can use to help craft the wide arcs of a campaign. Although every Heroic Journey is unique, Minsc and Boo’s Journal of Villainy also recommends that it includes a starting point , a patron group that provides the party with a common purpose, and a good villain and his henchmen.
All proceeds from Minsc and Boo’s Journal of Villainy go to Extra Life, a charity that helps local children’s hospitals. PDF copies cost $14.95 and POD copies are also available.
